Co zrobic z kisielem,gdzie go dodac?

W opisie jest napisane "ugotować budyń" ale co z kisielem? Do czego go dodać, do budyniu?

I jeszcze jedno pytanie.Co to znaczy ciepła beza? Piekę dużo ale tego nierozumiem. Bardzo proszę o wyjaśnienie bo ciasto wygląda zachęcająco.

kisiel gotujemy razem z budyniem wg przepisu budyniu.

ciepła beza czyli górna warstwa z tego względu że trzeba ją ubijać nad gotującą się wodą 12 min do uzyskania 75'C
