Aromatyczne ciasto cytrynowe

Ingredients:

Porcja na foremkę o wymiarach 18x24cm.

170g masła o temperaturze pokojowej,
ok 80g (6 łyżek) cukru (polecam brązowy) + ok 60g cukru na syrop,
170g mąki,
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
2 jajka,
szczypta soli,
2 cytryny.

Prepare instructions:

Cytryny dobrze wyszorować, następnie sparzyć. Zetrzeć skórkę na tarce (ja obrałam obieraczką, a następnie rozdrobniłam w malakserze wraz z 80g cukru).
Następnie cytryny "wymasować" i wycisnąć z nich sok. Sok odstawić na bok.
Utrzeć (przy pomocy łyżki, miksera, blendera etc) wszystkie składniki (poza 60g cukru oraz sokiem z cytryny) do otrzymania w miarę jednolitej masy.
Masę przełożyć na blachę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia.
Piec około 30 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 170°C do zarumienienia.
W rondelku przygotować syrop podgrzewając (około 1 minuty) sok z cytryny z 60g cukru.
Upieczone ciasto wyjąć z piekarnika i od razu nasączyć syropem.
Ostudzić.

Przepis pochodzi ze strony liski, trochę przeze mnie "odcukrzony":-)

Ciasto jest z tych wilgotnych i aromatycznych, a w dodatku banalnie proste. Polecam.

Na syrop może być zwykły, biały cukier,czy tez brązowy?
