Aromatyczny kurczak

Ingredients:

60-70 dag filetów z piersi kurczaka
4 duże banany (dojrzałe z jasnobrązowymi plamkami)
2 łyżki margaryny do nasmarowania naczynia
4 łyżki oleju
2-3 łyżki mąki
łyżka cuury
1/2 szklanki śmietany i 1/2 szklanki bulionu
2 łyżki winnego octu
3 łyżki posiekanego szczypiorku
sól, pieprz, papryka ostra i cukier

Prepare instructions:

Piersi z kurczaka umyć i osuczyć, posolić i popieprzyć a następnie usmażyć na łyżce oleju, na złoty kolor.
3 banany pokroić w półplasterki a czwartego przekroić wzdłuż na cztery części.Mięso ułożyć w żaroodpornym naczyniu na mięsie poukładać plasterki banana i przekrojonego banana.
Na patelni rozgrzać olej, dodać mąkę i curry. Wlać bulion, śmietanę, ocet, połowę szczypiorku i przyprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem, papryką i cukrem. Cały czas mieszając gotowac około 3 minut, a następnie zalać mięso i banany.Wstawić do piekarnika i zapiekac przez 30 minut w temperaturze 200stopni C.

Po upieczeniu potrawę posypać pozostałym szczypiorkiem.
Piersi smakują z ugotowanym ryżem z rodzynkami.

nastepna wariacja na temat kurczaka, ktora wejdzie na stale do mojej kuchni.....

Pyszna potrawa. Trochę inny i zaskakujący smak. Nie miałam szczypiorku i też wszystkim smakowała.
