Ingredients:

1,5 kg łopatki wieprzowej
60 dkg podgardla
3 udka z kurczaka
60 dkg wołowego (najlepiej łaty)
40 dkg wątrobki wieprzowej
2 czerstwe kajzerki
1 duza marchewka
2 cebule
vegeta
1 opakowanie grzybków suszonych
sól , pieprz, gałka muszk, imbir
8 jajek

Prepare instructions:

mięso umyc zalać wodą i ugotowac z marchewką,cebulą i namoczonymi wczesniej grzybkami w gotowanej wodzie dodac łyżkę czubatą vegety(nie solimy duzo ponieważ mięso i tak będziemy pózniej doprawiać.Ugotowane mięso skręcic przez maszynkę z cebulą ugotowaną grzybami i marchewką i namoczonymi w wywarze po gotowaniu mięsa kajzerkami 2 razy (można zmielić 3 razy)
zmielone mieso doprawićsolą ,pieprzem,imbirem i gałką muszkatułową do smaku, dobrze wyrobić (ze względu na ptasią grypę jajka wbijamy na samym koncu i dobrze wyrabiamy juz nie prubujemy po wbiciu. Wkadamy pasztet do foremek uklepujemy zeby nam pasztet nie pękł i pieczemy w 220st do momentu az pasztet nabierze zlotego koloru ( niestety moj sie piekl dlugo tylko moj piekarnik slabo lapie wierzch) smacznego polecam.

jedno opakowanie grzybków, czyli ile?

powiem szczerze ze kupilam grzybki w markecie przed swietami i nie patrzylam ile dkg tam jest wisialy male foliowe torebki, moze 2 dkg albo wiecej .nastepnym razem zobacze. ale jak dasz wiecej to pasztet bedzie mial ,lepszy aromat.pozdrawiam
