Ingredients:

Ciasto:

300 gram mąki

60 gram mielonych orzechów/migdałów

200 gram masła

1 łyżka słodkiej śmietany

1 łyżka kwaśniej śmietany

cukier waniliowy

50 gram cukru pudru

1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

1 żółtko

Krem

krem czekoladowo-orzechowy (u mnie Kremuś)

puszka karmelu

gorzka czekolada do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników wyrobić ciasto, po czym wstawić do lodówki na ok 1h.

Foremki na babeczki o średnicy 4,5 cm posmarować dokładnie tłuszczem, i wyłożyć/wylepić ciastem.

Piec ok 25-30 minut w temp 180 stopni.

Z podanych składników wyszło mi ok 40 szt korpusów babeczek o średnicy 4,5 cm, 6 babeczek o średnicy 6 cm, i 6 babeczek o średnicy 10 cm.

Ostudzone korpusy babeczek wyłożyć cienką wartswą kremu orzechowo-czekoladowego, a na wierzch szprycą nakładać karmel.

Udekorować gorzką czekoladą. Dodatkowo można posypać pokrojonymi orzechami.

Ten krem to taki słoikowo-puszkowy gotowiec, a myślałam, że znajdę tu coś oryginalnego. Szkoda, ale nie skorzystam z przepisu
