Ingredients:

25 dag.masła
25 dag.cukru
1 opak.cukru wanilijowego
1 opak.proszku do pieczenia
25 dag.twarogo-zmielonego
2 zapachy cytrynowe
4 jajka
1/2 kg.mąki
1 cytryna
trochę wody mineralnej

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE
Masło utrzeć na puch,dodając po łyżce na zmianę cukier wanilijowy,zapach cytrynowy,sól wymieszaną z cukrem i po jednym jajku.Na końcu ser i mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem.Wlać tyle wody mineralnej,aby masa odchodziła od łyżki.
Formę do babki wysmarować tłuszczem i posypać tartą bułką.Wlać ciasto i upiec.
Piec 1 godzinę w temp.180
Po upieczeniu pozostawic w piekarniku jeszcze 10 minut a nstp.wyjąć z formy.
Po 25 minutach babkę nasączyć sokiem z cytryny wymieszanym z taką samą ilością wody(przegotowanej) co soku.

Ponakłuwać drutem w kilku miejscach i w otworki wlewać po kilka kropli soku.
posypać cukrem pudrem.

Sylwia- czy to przepis z "CIAST DOMOWYCH" ? .Bo właśnie niedawno piekłam go z tej gazetki - i wyszła bardzo puszysta babeczka!!
