Ingredients:

4 banany
margaryna (250 g)
3/4 szklanki cukru pudru
kilka kropel olejku waniliowego
galaretki: brzoskwiniowa i agrestowa (po 75 g każda)
jedna duża paczka herbatników (200 g)
tabliczka ulubionej mlecznej czekolady (100 g)
śmietanka 36% (250 g)
niepelna szklanka mleka

szklanka = 220ml

Prepare instructions:

Spód foremki wyłożyć herbatnikami moczonymi w mleku.

1. Pianka bananowa: rozpuścić galaretkę brzoskwiniową w szklance gorącej wody i odstawić do ostygnięcia. Margarynę utrzeć z połową szklanki cukru pudru, a następnie dodać trzy banany starte na tarce o dużych oczkach. Wymieszać i wlewać powoli galaretkę brzoskwiniową. Jeśli masa zacznie się warzyć, należy włączyć blender i miksować do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji. Masę wylać na herbatniki. Wstawić do lodówki i poczekać aż stężeje.

Piankę bananową przykryć herbatnikami moczonymi w mleku.

2. Pianka zielona: rozpuścić galaretkę agrestową w szklance gorącej wody. Ostudzić. Ubić śmietankę z resztą cukru pudru, pod koniec dodać kilka kropel olekju waniliowego, następnie dobrze wymieszać z galaretką. Wylać piankę na hebatniki i odstawić do lodówki, by zgęstniała.

Powtórzyć czynność z herbatnikami, następnie na wierzchu ułożyć plastry banana. Czekoladę rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej i polać banany.
