Ingredients:

Warstwa bananowa:

1 kg bananów + 1-2 banany do dekoracji,

3/4 szklanki cukru pudru,

galaretka cytrynowa,

200 g miękkiego masła

Warstwa serkowa:

500 g mielonego serka,

1/2 szklanki cukru pudru (można dać nieco więcej),

galaretka cytrynowa

Dodatkowo:

galaretka wiśniowa,

biszkopty

sok z cytryny

*polecam tortownicę 23 cm lub nieco większą

Prepare instructions:

Tortownicę wykładamy pergaminem. Dno wykładamy biszkoptami, które nasączamy wodą wymieszaną z sokiem z połowy cytryny w proporcji 4:1.

Banany miksujemy blenderem. Galaretkę rozpuszczamy w 200 ml gorącej wody. Masło ucieramy z cukrem pudrem. Dodajemy powoli zmiksowane banany oraz tężejącą galaretkę. Dobrze mieszamy. Wykładamy na biszkopty i wstawiamy do lodówki by masa stężała.

Serek ucieramy z cukrem pudrem, miksujemy z tężejącą galaretką (rozpuszczoną w 200 ml gorącej wody). Wykładamy na masę bananową. Wstawiamy do lodówki do stężenia.

Galaretkę wiśniową rozpuszczamy w 400 ml wody. Wierzch ciasta dekorujemy plastrami banana, zalewamy tężejącą galaretką. Wstawiamy do lodówki na kilka godzin. Smacznego!

raczej nie ciemnieje, dla pewności można dać trochę soku z cytryny
