Bardzo proste kokosanki z czekoladą

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

2,5 szkl. wiórków kokosowych

²/₃szkl. skondensowanego słodzonego mleka

tabliczka czekolady deserowej

Prepare instructions:

1. Czekoladę posiekać.

2.Wórki, mleko i posiekaną czekoladę wymieszać w misce(łyżką lub rękami)

3. Rękami, lub dwiema łyżkami formować kulki średnicy ok 2-3cm

4. Układać na blasze wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia, zostawiając większe odstępy między kulkami.

5. Piec w piekarniku rozgrzanym do 180^oC 10-15min

Kokosanki najlepiej smakuja po ostygnięciu.

Wyroby są naprawde słodkie, chociaż nikomu z moich domowników w tym przypadku to nie przeszkadza.

jak mogły powstać kokosanki bez piany z białek?z Twojego pszepisu nawet nic się nie uformuje!!!

A mnie się wydaje, że właśnie się uformuje, kokosu jest dość dużo i wpije mleko, jak wypróbuję to dam znać jak wyszło.
