Barszcz czerwony z ziemniakami

Ingredients:

1 kg, ziemnaków 3 buraczki czerwone nieduża cebulka liśc laurowy 3 ziarenka ziela angielskiego ząbek czosnku 15 dkg. sloninki lub brzuszka sól,pieprz do smaku 2 łyżki śmietany barszcz bialy w bytelce lub w proszku (Winiary)

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać opłukać posolic i ugotowac w osobnym garku. Do drugiego garnka wlac 2 litry wody włożyc połowę pokrojonej cebuli,liść laurowy,ziele angielskie,przekrojony ząbek czosnku,troszkę posolić i zagotować tyle czasu ile będzie trwało obieranie buraczków i starcie na jarzynowej tartce.Następnie wrzucamy do wywaru buraczki i gotujemy jeszcze około 20 minut.następnie wlewamy barszcz z butelki lub z torebki zagotowujemy.doprawic solą i pieprzem oraz śmietana.zdejmujemy z płyty żeby sie już nie gotował.Na patelni smarzymy kawałki słoninki gdy będa rumiane wrzucamy resztę pokrojonej cebulki w piórka.W czasie gdy gotowaliśmy barszcz ziemniaki też nam sie powinny ugotowac,.ziemniaczki ubijamy nakładamy na połowe talerza i krasimy słoninka z patelni na drugą połowę talerza wlewamy barszcz.Smacznego.

Ten barszczyk jest strasznie smaczny!POLECAM!!!

Bardzo lubię barszcz czerwony,często robię,ale żeby go łączyć z białym,to przyznaję-pierwszy raz w życiu. Mimo to nie żałuję,a nawet przeciwnie.Nie ma to jak kombinacja smaków.:) Barszcz się udał,wszystkim smakuje i co tu dużo pisać-super:)
