Biała kiełbaska zapiekana Roxi

Ingredients:

Składniki:

70 dag białej kiełbasy,

2 cebule /20 dag/,

1 łyżka smalcu,

sól

Prepare instructions:

Kiełbasę zwinąć w krążek, kilkakrotnie nakłuć widelcem, włożyć do posolonej wody i gotować w odkrytym garnku, na małym ogniu 10 min, a następnie wyjąć i osączyć.

Cebulę obrać i pokroić w półplastry.

Kiełbasę ułożyć w brytfannie na stopionym smalcu, włożyć cebulę i piec w piekarniku około 30 min, w temperaturze 200° C.

Podawać obłożoną cebulą, z ziemniakami z wody, posypanymi natką pietruszki oraz z surówką z chrzanem lub z ćwikłą.

bardzo fajny pomysł tylko proszę powiedz czy trzeba ją gotować?czy nie wystarczy że ją upieczemy w piekarniku przy takiej temperaturze i czasie powinna być ok

Biała kiebasa smakuje pysznie jeśli ją podsmażymy - ja robię to na patelni bez smalcu tylko z odrobiną oleju też wychodzi pyszna i ma taką chrupiącą skórkę. Pozdrawiam

w przepisie jest napisane ..że trzeba gotować w osolonej wodzie..itd..
