Biały ser domowy

Ingredients:

mleko od krowy lub kupne świeże

Prepare instructions:

Gdzieś czytałam, że ser z mleka robi się podgrzewając garnek z zsiadłym mlekiem.

Ja natomiast znam inny sposób, którego nauczyła mnie moja teściowa.

Nie wiem czy ser można zrobić z mleka uht, bo jeszcze nie próbowałam.

Mleko (litr lub więcej) wlać do garnka emaliowanego, przykryć ściereczką i odstawić na noc lub dłużej.

Kiedy mleko sie "zsiądzie" zagotować wodę w czajniku i wlać do garnka z zsiadłym mlekiem.

Wyławiać cząstki zsiadłego mleka szumówką na sitko pod którym jest garnek.

Przemieszać i poczekać aż serwatka spłynie i zrobi się ser.

skwaszone mleko zalać..gotowanym mlekiem gorącym i od czasu do czasu pomieszać wylać na dość gęste sitko i mamy serek-))

Zalewając gorącym mlekiem otrzymamy lepszą serwatkę którą zazwyczaj się wylewa.Ja wlewam ją do miski i moczę stopy. REWELACJA !
