Bigos express

Ingredients:

Kapusta biała (najlepiej młoda) 1 główka, 1/2 kg. kiełbasy (śląska, makowska, zwyczajna), 1/2 kg. pomidorów, 1-2 cebule, kostka mięsna Winiary i przyprawy ( ziele angielskie, liść laurowy, słodka papryka i oczywiście sól i pieprz. A jeśli lubimy "na ostro" to chili lub inna ostra papryka. Ja często używam słodkiego sosu chili.

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę siekamy niezbyt drobno, zalewamy wodą (2/3 objętości kapusty ) i gotujemy do miękkości z dodatkiem kostki mięsnej, paru ziaren ziela angielskiego, liścia laurowego i jeśli trzeba odrobiny soli.
Cebulę kroimy w kostkę, kiełbasę w półplasterki, pomidory (jeśli nie szkoda czasu) parzymy i obieramy ze skórki - ja zwykle kroję na cieniutkie plasterki i dusimy podlewając wywarem z kapusty aby cebula się dobrze "rozprażyła". Gdy kapusta zmięknie możemy wymieszać wszystkie składniki, doprawić i ....smacznego!

.....a jeśli jeszcze mamy do tego młode ziemniaczki posypane koperkiem.....

P.S. Garnka z kapustą, broń Boże nie przykrywać! Musi się zredukować wywar !!
P.S.S. Jeśli bez tłuszczu nie potrafisz, możesz kiełbasę i cebulę podsmażyć na łyżce oleju (oliwy) lub niestety smalcu (kapusta kocha smalec, niestety!).

I jeszcze jedno - jeśli wyjdzie troszkę za rzadki to wystarczy dodać 1 ziemniaka utartego na drobnej tarce i zagotować pamiętając o mieszaniu - lubi niestety przywrzeć do dna.

Robię podobny szybki bigos ale dodaj 1 łyżkę octu ,gdy kapusta sie zagotuje, a z kiełbas daje mielonkę.Super smakuje ,polecam!
