1 lyzeczka octu
2 lyzeczki wody(zimnej)

Zoltka oddzielic od bialek
bialka ubic mikserem na
sztywno, dodac cukier ,dalej ubijac do momentu az cukier bedzie
malo wyczuwalny, nastepnie dodajemy zoltka ,i makie z proszkiem, dalej ubijac
na koniec dodajemy i 1 lyzeczke octu i 2 lyzeczki wody.
blaszke dobrze smarujemy i obsypujemy bulka tarta lub kaszka manna
ciasto wylewamy na blaszke i pieczemy w tem. 180 st. okolo 30min.
Piecze ten biszkopt juz z 20 lat i zawsze sie udaje.

Biszkopt jest super sama robie taki ja jeszcze przekrajam na pol i w srodek wykladam ser na wierzch polewam czekolada tzw.sernik gotowany pozdrawiam
