Jakie maja byc te serki filadelfia? mieszkam za granica i wlasnie do takich serkow mam dostep a koniecznie chcialabym upiec to ciacho :)

Witam serdecznie! Serka powinno byc ok. 40 dkg, mniej wiecej tyle ile malin. A jezeli chodzi o serki to zwykle smietankowe, bez dodatkow. Ja tez mieszkam za granica i uzywam takich serkow Philadelfia, albo mozna rowniez uzyc serka typu Quark (kwark) i tez wychodzi pyszne!  Zycze udanych wypiekow! Pozdrawiam:)
