Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
6 jaj
8 lyzek cukru
8 pelnych lyzek maki pszennej
pol lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
troszke alkoholu

Masa:
40dkg malin
1 galaretka malinowa
2 serki typu filadelfia lub inne
5 lyzek cukru pudru ( mozna dac wiecej, wg.uznania)
5 lyzek masla

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Blaszke wysmarowac maslem i wylozyc pergaminem. Piekarnik nagrzac do temp. 180 stopni.
Cukier utrzec z jajkami na puszysta mase. Dodawac po troche przesiana make z proszkiem do pieczenia i delikatnie wymieszac.
Ciasto wylac na blaszke i piec 25 minut.

Serki utrzec z cukrem pudrem i maslem na gladka mase. Dodac maliny i delikatnie wymieszac lyzka. Schlodzic.
Przygotowac galaretke wg. przepisu na opakowaniu i schlodzic.

Upieczony biszkopt wystudzic i przekroic na pol. Obie czesci skropic alkoholem. Na jednej polowce ciasta rozsmarowac polowe kremu, polozyc druga czesc ciasta i rozsmarowac reszte kremu. Na to wylac galaretke i schlodzic w lodowce.

Ciasto jest pyszne, lekko kwaskowate przez serowo-malinowy krem. Zawsze sie udaje! Mojemu mezowi az sie uszy trzesly:)

Jakie maja byc te serki filadelfia? mieszkam za granica i wlasnie do takich serkow mam dostep a koniecznie chcialabym upiec to ciacho :)

Witam serdecznie! Serka powinno byc ok. 40 dkg, mniej wiecej tyle ile malin. A jezeli chodzi o serki to zwykle smietankowe, bez dodatkow. Ja tez mieszkam za granica i uzywam takich serkow Philadelfia, albo mozna rowniez uzyc serka typu Quark (kwark) i tez wychodzi pyszne! Zycze udanych wypiekow! Pozdrawiam:)
