Biszkopt ze śniegiem

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
5 jajek,
10 dag cukru pudru,
5 łyżek zimnej wody,
10 dag cukru kryształu,
16 dag mąki pszennej,
łyżka kakao,
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia.

Masa:
1/2 l mleka,
5 żółtek,
cukier waniliowy,
4 czubate łyżki mąki pszennej,
12 dag cukru pudru.

Piana:
5 białek,
20 dag cukru pudru,
sok z cytryny,
starta czekolada.

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka i cukier puder utrzeć razem do białości, dodając po łyżce zimnej wody( 5 łyżek). Ubić pianę z białek i dodać do niej cukier kryształ. Do roztartych żółtek wlać pianę, a następnie dodać mąkę, kakao i proszek do pieczenia. Dokładnie wymieszać i upiec w prostokątnej blaszce. Ciasto przekroić na 2 częśći.

Mleko przegotować. Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem waniliowym, dodać mąkę i wlać gotujące mleko. Podgrzewać mieszając, aż zgęstnieje. Następnie utrzeć masło z cukrem pudrem i po łyżce dodawać ostudzoną masę. Tak przygotowaną masą przełożyć placek.

Na parze ubić białka z cukrem(ok.10minut). Kiedy piana będzie gęsta, dodać odrobinę soku z cytryny i dalej ubijać(bez pary). Zimną pianę rozłożyć na placku, a na nią zetrzeć czekoladę. Blaszka 25x40 cm.

W przepisie odnośnie masy podajesz .... . Następnie utrzeć masło z cukrem pudrem .... jednakże w składnikach do masy brak jest masła. Proszę o podanie ile tego masła potrzeba do masy.
