Bologneze smaczny i tani

Ingredients:

40 dag biodrowki

30 dag pieczarek

duża cebula

500 ml kartonik przecieru pomidorowego

sól, pieprz, ostra i słodka sproszkowana papryka

olej do smażenia

suszone zioła: oregano, bazylia

wywar instant - około 1 litra

Prepare instructions:

Biodrówkę zmielić i usmażyć szybko na dużym ogniu, przyprawiając je na koniec. Mięso przełożyć do miseczki.
Cebulę pokroić w kostkę i podsmażyć na złoto na odrobinie oleju. Dodać do niej pokrojone w plastry pieczarki, posolić je, popieprzyć i udusić.
Dodać mięso, wlać przecier pomidorowy, połowę wywaru, wsypać zioła do smaku i gotować na małym ogniu kilka godzin, w razie potrzeby uzupełniając wodą.
Gotowy, gęsty i aromatyczny sos podawać do makaronu spagetti. Najlepiej wszystko posypane drobno startym parmezanem.

Muszę się przyznać z racji braku pieczarek dodałam świeże borowiki. Pyszne wypróbuję jeszcze z pieczarkami.

czy to trzeba gotowac az kilka godzin?? to znaczy ile ??przeciez to mieso mielone, prosze o odpowiedź WKN

Już taka uroda sosów do makaronu, że zaczynają lepiej smakować gotowane długo na małym ogniu.
