Ingredients:

ok. 2 szkl ugotowanych i przeciśniętych przez praskę ziemniaków
kilka większych różyczek kalafiora ugotowanych na miękko
1 małe jajko
kilka łyżek bułki tartej
1 duża cebula
1 łyżka masła klarowanego, oliwy lub oleju
sól, pieprz, gałka muszkatołowa

dodatkowo:
bułka tarta do panierowania
kilka łyżek oleju do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowanego w osolonej wodzie i wystudzonego kalafiora rozgnieć widelcem. Wymieszaj z ugotowanymi, przeciśniętymi przez praskę i ostudzonymi ziemniakami. Połącz z zeszkloną na złoto, miękką i osoloną posiekaną cebulą. Przypraw solą, pieprzem i gałką muszkatołową. Możesz dodać posiekany drobny szczypiorek.
Wbij jajko, wsyp kilka łyżek bułki tartej, wymieszaj, aby powstała masa na kotlety.

Nabieraj łyżką jednakowe porcje, panieruj w bułce tartej, formuj kotlety.

Smaż z obu stron na złoto na rozgrzanym oleju na średnim ogniu.

Podaj z surówkami lub sałatą.

Proporcje można zmieniać wg gustu, pilnując jednak konsystencji masy, z której da się formować kotlety.

Danie co prawda proste i niezbyt zdrowe.

Co za bzdura, trochę smażenia jeszcze nikogo nie zabiło. Można takie kotleciki położyć na blaszce i upiec w piekarniku. Wtedy będzie zdrowsza wersja dla Tościka wink3 bow
