Brokułowa zapiekanka z serem kasiuli

Ingredients:

1 duży brokuł (woda + szczypta soli)

ok 100 g tartego żołtego sera
kilka gałązek swieżego tymianku

Sos:
2 kopiate łyżki masła
1 duża cebula
2 łyżki mąki
kostka rosołowa
ok 400 ml mleka
świeżo mielony pieprz
świeżo mielona gałka muszkatolowa

Prepare instructions:

Brokuła gotujemy w lekko osolonej wodzie, studzimy, dzielimy na różyczki, które układamy na dnie naczynia żaroodpornego, posypujemy serem żółtym, zalewamy ciepłym sosem*, nastepnie keczupem. Zapiekamy pod przykryciem ok 15 - 20 min w tem 160 stopni (termoobieg). Upieczoną zapiekankę posypujemy listkami tymianku.

Sos*:
Na maśle zrumienić drobno posiekaną cebulę (ok 3 min), mieszając posypać mąką, podsmażyć ok 2 min, dodać pokruszoną kostkę rosołową, energicznie mieszając zalać melkiem, cały czas mieszając podgrzewamy aż do uzyskania sosu o konsystencji gęstej śmietany, doprawiamy pieprzem i gałką.

Wygląda pysznie, a ja uwielbiam brokuły, wiec na pewno przepis wypróbuję :)
