Ingredients:

Przepis na 12 Quesadillas
12 dużych placków tortilla
1 podwójna pierś z kurczaka
2 kopiate łyżki suszonych płatków papryki
vegeta
szczypta chilli
1 duża cebula drobno posiekana
1 puszka czerwonejh fasoli
3 łyżki majonezu
1 duży mięsisty pomidor pokrojony w kostkę
olej
ok 150 g sera żółtego startego na grubych oczkach

Prepare instructions:

Mięso kroimy na mniejsze kawałki posypujemy płatkami papryki, vegetą i chilli. Odstawiamy na min 30 min do lodówki. Na oleju podsmażamy cebulę, dodajemy mięso. Gdy mięso się zrumieni dodajemy fasolę, smażymy ok 2 min. Zdejmujemy z ognia, dodajemy majonez, pomidora i ser żółty. Całość mieszamy. Na połowę płata tortilli kładziemy farsz, przykrywamy drugą połową, lekko dociskamy, smarujemy z obu stron olejem. Smażymy z obu stron na malutkim ogniu na patelni do czasu aż ser się rozpuści lub układamy na blasze w piekarniku i pieczemy ok 10 min (180 stopni). Zaletą przygotowania quasadillas w piekarniku jest to, iż mozna przygotować kilka szt jednoczesnie.

Quesadillas przekroiłam na pół i podałam z dwoma dipami.

Pyszna quesadilla, a jak mamy mało czasu (czasem tylko kilka minut) żeby coś na ciepło zrobić to mój facet po prostu dodaje do środka ser żółty, chorizo, odrobinę ketchupu i zapieka tylko na patelni
