Ingredients:

1/2 kg świeżych brokuł (brokułów?)

1 marchewka

1 por

1 seler

1 pietruszka

kilka ziemniaków

3 łyżki śmietany

2 litry bulionu

2 ząbki czosnku

2 żółtka

zielenina do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Zaczynamy od przygotowania bulionu. Wystarczy taki instatn, jednak, wiadomo, im lepszy bulion wykorzystacie, tym zupka będzie lepsza... Następnie myjemy warzywa. Obieramy i kroimy je. Marchewkę, selera, pietruszkę i ziemniaki kroimy w kostkę, pora w talarki, zaś brokuła dzielimy na różyczki. Gotujemy warzywa razem z bulionem, aż będą miękkie.Wówczas dodajemy do zupy przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek, a także sól i pieprz do smaku. Śmietanę i żółtka mieszamy razem ze sobą .Hartujemy je gorącą zupą. Wlewamy śmietanę z żółtkami do zupy i gotujemy wszystko jeszcze około 10 minut-góra kwadrans. Posypujemy natką pietruszki lub inna zieleniną (u mnie to listki rzodkiewki) Jemy na gorąco

Baaardzo fajny pomysł udekorowania zupy listkami rzodkwi - w niektórych wypadkach, np. gdy przegotujemy brokuły i przestaną być soczyście zielone, uratuje kolor dania i sprawi, że będzie bardziej apetyczne i wesołe. W dodatku to bardzo uniwersalny przepis - zupę można ugotować o każdej porze roku - wszystkie składniki są dostępne przez pełne 12 miesięcy :)
