Składniki:
brokuł
10 pieczarek
10 dkg polędwicy
5 ziemniaków
koperek
10 dkg sera żółtego
100 ml śmietanki 30%
łyżeczka masła i mąki
pół szklanki bulionu

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:
Brokuła dzielimy na cząstki i obgotowujemy, pieczarki w plasterkach dusimy na maśle, ziemniaki gotujemy i kroimy w plasterki, polędwicę kroimy w kosteczkę. Wszystko układamy w żaroodpornym naczyniu.
Polewamy przygotowanym sosem serowym: na patelni zasmażamy mąkę, dodajemy pół szklanki bulionu i pół szklanki śmietanki, gotujemy, pod koniec dodajemy starty ser żółty i koperek posiekany.
Wstawiamy do nagrzanego piekarnika i pieczemy ok.20 minut. smakuje wyśmienicie.

Zamiast polędwicy można dać kawałki kurczaka lub wołowinę. A jeśli nie lubimy mięsa świetnie smakuje z łososiem. Dla każdego coś dobrego. Polecam i zachęcam do spróbowania mojej kuchni.

Chcę dziś zrobić ten przepis dla chłopaka na romantyczną kolację ale mam parę pytań.
Jak na patelni zasmażyć mąkę? wsypać łyżeczkę mąki na suchą patelnię czy na patelnię z olejem ? i drugie pytanie pół szklanki bulionu? może byc z kostki rosołowej? ile kostki rozpuscic z polowie szklanki? Wiem wiem banalne pytania ale jestem amatorem jeśli chodzai o gotowanie..
