Brokuły zapiekane z serem

Ingredients:

80 dag brokułów
sól
1 awokado
sok z 1/2 cytryny
100g twarożku śmietankowego
2 łyżki śmietany
1 łżeczka bulionu (z kostki)
pieprz
kilka kropel sosu tabasco
tłuszcz do formy
rzeżucha do przybrania

Składniki na 4 porcje

Prepare instructions:

Brokuły oczyścić , umyć , podzielić na różyczki ; blanszować w osolonym wrzątku ok.8 min. , przelać zimną wodą i osączyć ;
Awokado przekroić , po usunieciu pestki obrać , pokroić w kostkę i skropic sokiem z cytryny ,
Twarożek starannie wymieszac ze śmietaną , doprawic bulionem , solą, pieprzem i tabasco. Piekarnik rozgrzać do 180 °C,
Natłuścić naczynie żaroodporne , ułożyc w nim różyczki brokułów ,
Awokado wymieszać z kremem serowym i zmiksować , ew. doprawić , nastepnie rozłożyć na brokułach . Naczynie wstawić do piekarnika na środkową półkę. Zapiekać ok. 10 min. Przed podaniem przybrać rzeżuchą .

wczoraj wyprobowalam przepis jednak dokonalam pewnych zmian :) brokuly polozylm na podgotowany wczesniej makaron, a zamiast bialego sera dalam starty zolty i kulke mozzarelli.wyszlo pyszne! dziekuje za inspiracje :)
