185 ml majonezu,
1-2 łyżeczek sosu Worcestershire (koniecznie, tylko i jedynie, wszystkie inne są nic nie warte - firmy Lea&Perrins),
1 łyżeczka świeżego soku z cytryny,
2-3 łyżki mleka,
sól,
świeżo zmielony biały pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Zacznijmy od Adama i Ewy:
Carpaccio zostało "wynalezione" około 1950r. w Harry's Bar w Wenecji przez Giuseppe Cipriani.
Roastbeef !nie zamrażany!, pokrojony w cieniuteńkie plastry (rzeźnik przytnie na maszynie), lekko osolić i wstawić na 5 minut do lodówki

nie mogę nigdzie znaleźć tego sosu Wolcestershire:( a mama taką ochotę na to carpaccio - czy można go czymś zastąpić? pozdrawiam
