Chleb pszenny najłatwiejszy.

Ingredients:

250ml wody

125ml mleka

600g mąki pszennej

1 1/2 łyżeczki soli

1 łyżeczka cukru

25g roztopionego masła lub 2 łyżki oleju

11g świeżych drożdży

Prepare instructions:

Sposób wykonania w automacie do pieczenia chleba:

Do formy wlać mleko, wodę, olej, sól, masło lub olej, wsypać przesianą mąkę a na wierzch rozkruszyć drożdże. Włączyć program postawowy na 1000g bochenek.

Chleb można również wykonać ręcznie i upiec w piekarniku. Należy zrobić zaczyn a po jego wyrośnięciu połaczyć z resztą składników. Po etapie wyrastania przełożyć do dużej keksówki i upiec w piekarniku.

Kolejność dodawania składników do automatu jest bardzo ważna, ponieważ sól i drożdże nie mogą być w bezpośrednim kontakcie. Typ mąki nie ma większego znaczenia, a mleko można zastąpić wodą, jednak chleb z dodatkiem mleka nie traci tak szybko świeżości.

upiekłam chlebek ręcznie wyrobiony, super tylko następnym razem dodam szczyptę soli więcej

Bardzo się ciesze, że chleb smakował :) Polecam również część maki, ok.300g zastąpić mąką pełnoziarnistą, orkiszową lub inną.
