Focaccia  to płaski na 1-2cm. chlebek  włoski,co najwyżej z rozmarynem.

Tak focaccie piecze sie najczesciej na duzej blaszce rozplaszczajac go mocno, ale co kto woli, ten jest bardziej puszysty.
A na gore mozna klasc co tylko dusza zapragnie! Wlosi tez nie jedza go tylko z rozmarynem, jest wiele rodzajow. Pozdrawiam!
