Ingredients:

- 1 szklanka maki kukurydzianej

- 1 szklanka maki bialej (u mnie orkiszowa)

- 2 lyzki cukru

- szczypta soli

- 1 lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia

- 1 ostra papryczka

- 3 cebulki ze szczypiorem

- 200 g ostrego zoltego sera

- 1 szklanka mleka

- 2 jajka

- 125 g masla

- tluszcz i bulka tarta do wysypania formy

Prepare instructions:

W misce wymieszac wszystkie suche skladniki. Pokroic papryczke i szczypior i dodac do miski. Ser zetrzec na tarce o grubych oczkach i dodac do miski zostawiajac troche do posypania chlebka.

Stopic maslo, wystudzic. W naczyniu wymieszac wszystkie mokre skladniki.

Przelac mokre skladniki do miski i calosc wymieszac do polaczenia skladnikow. Nie mieszac za dlugo. Pozostawic w misce na 20 minut.

Forme - nieduza brytfanke - wysmarowac tluszczem i wysypac bulka.

Ciasto przelozyc do formy i posypac po wierzchu pozostawionym serem.

Wstawic do piekarnika nagrzanego na 180 st. C i piec 35 minut.

Lekko podstudzic, kroic i podawac.

bardzo smaczny chlebek, tylko następnym razem dodam do niego podsmażony boczek albo kiełbasę bo mięsa brakowało thumbsup
