Chłodnik z botwinką

Ingredients:

1 pęczek botwinki z buraczkami
2 ogórki gruntowe
1 pęczek rzodkiewki
0,5 l maślanki
4 czubate łyżki śmietany
siekany szczypiorek
siekany koperek
sól, pieprz, cukier do smaku
sok z cytryny
jajka na twardo

Prepare instructions:

1. Botwinkę myjemy, kroimy, buraczki kroimy na kawałki. Całość zalewamy niewielką ilością wody, delikatnie solimy, dodajemy trochę soku z cytryny i gotujemy do miękkości. Studzimy.
2. Ogórki obieramy i ścieramy na tarce jarzynowej o dużych oczkach. Umytą rzodkiewkę również ścieramy.
3. Do zimnej botwinki dodajemy ogórki, rzodkiewkę, maślankę i śmietanę. Dodajemy siekany szczypiorek i koperek. Mieszamy i doprawiamy do smaku solą, pieprzem i odrobiną cukru. Przed podaniem schładzamy.

4. Chłodnik serwujemy z jajkiem na twardo.

Skuszę się na ten chłodnik :):) Czy serwujemy z jajkiem sadzonym? Na obrazku jest gotowane

Tak, z jajkiem na twardo, wkradł się błąd, już poprawiam!
