Ciasteczka cynamonowe

Ingredients:

1 cukier waniliowy
175g zimnego masła
20dkg cukru
1 łyżka śmietanki
25dkg mąki
1 łyżeczka cynamonu
papier do pieczenia lub tłuszcz do blachy

Kiedyś zamiast cukru waniliowego dodałam łyżkę rumu i wyszło im to nawet na zdrowie:)

Prepare instructions:

W garnuszku stopić masło na małym ogniu tak, aby się nie zarumieniło i przelać je do miseczki, do ostygnięcia.
Masło ubić na puszystą masę, dodając stopniowo 15dkg cukru oraz śmietankę, a następnie połowę mąki i cukier waniliowy. Na koniec dodać resztę mąki i zagnieść na gładkie ciasto.
Z ciasta uformować wałek o średnicy ok. 2,5cm, zawinąć go w papier do pieczenia i włożyć do lodówki przynajmniej na 2 godziny.
Piekarnik rozgrzać do 180^oC. Blachę lekko posmarować tłuszczem lub wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia. Ciasto wyjąć z lodówki i odwinąć z papieru.
Ostrym nożem pokroić je na plasterki o grubości ok. 0,5 cm i ułożyć na blasze. Posypać resztą cukru wymieszanego z cynamonem i piec ok. 10 minut, aż zarumienią się na złoty kolor. Blachę wyjąć z piekarnika i ułożyć ciasteczka na kratce kuchennej, aby ostygły.

ja daję przeważnie 18 %, ale jak miałam pod ręką 12-sto% to również wyszły takie jak trzeba.
