Ciastka czekoladowe

Ingredients:

Przygotowanie: 30 minut, pieczenie: 30-35 minut

12 dag gorzkiej czekolady, 23 dag masła, 48 dag cukru, 4 jajka, 14 dag mąki, 1 łyżeczka soli, 1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, cukier puder albo polewa czekoladowa do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Rozgrzewamy piekarnik do 180-200 stopni. Masło topimy w rondelku, lekko studzimy, mieszamy z cukrem i roztrzepanymi jajkami. W drugim rondelku topimy czekoladę (najlepiej na parze), wlewamy ją do masła z cukrem i jajkami. Mieszamy. Wsypujemy mąkę z solą i proszkiem do mieszenia, mieszamy ponownie delikatnie, ale dokładnie, aby wszystkie składniki się połączyły. Formę (20 x 25 cm) natłuszczamy, ewentualnie wykładamy papierem pergaminowym. Wlewamy ciasto, wyrównujemy powierzchnię, pieczemy 30-35 minut. Nie pieczemy za długo, bo ciasto wyschnie i nie będzie smaczne. Po ostudzeniu dekorujemy cukrem pudrem lub polewą i kroimy na kwadraty.

robię dzisiaj twoje ciasteczka, ale czy na pewno aż tyle cukru:)?, no cóż spróbuję

Tyle cukru, chyba jest coś nie ta.

piekłam wg przepisu, ale spód ciasta zrobił się taki tochę skarmelizowany, góra krucha, może jakieś uwagi,( może cukier powinien być puder), bo to chyba nie jest to czego oczekiwałam, pozdarwiam
