Ingredients:

szkl. orzechow wloskich lub laskowych
szkl. owocow suszonych (np rodzynki) lub czekoladowych chipsow (albo dodatkowa szkl. orzechow)
3/4 szkl. margaryny (kostka 250g)
szkl. cukru (a najlepiej drobno zmielony brazowy cukier ”light brown sugar”)
jajko
ekstrakt lub cukier waniliowy

¾ szkl. maki

½ lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia

½ lyzeczki soli

½ lyzeczki cynamonu

3 szkl. platkow owsianych (albo 1 szkl. platkow owsianych i 2 szkl. crunchy)

Prepare instructions:

Orzechy posiekac i opiec w piekarniku ( 8-10min 175 stopni).

W jednej misce wymieszac make, proszek do pieczenia, sol, cynamon, platki owsiane i orzechy. W drugiej utrzec cukier (i cukier waniliowy) z margaryna. Mozna mikserem. Stopniowo dodawac miksture z maki. Miksowac.Jak zacznie sie ciezko robic w mieszaniu, dodac jajko. Powinna wyjsc bardzo gesta grudkowa masa. Formowac z masy kulki zamykajace sie w dloni. Lekko przygniecione rozlozyc na blaszce (nie trzeba smarowac). Zostawic spore odleglosci, bo ciastka sie rozlewaja. Piec 12-15 min w piekarniku rozgrzanym do 175 stopni. Po wyjeciu ciastka sa bardzo miekkie. Nalezy chwile odczekac jak sie ochlodza i lekko stwardnieja. W tym czasie mozna je nozykiem, ladnie uformowac dookola, zeby nie mialy ostrych kantow. Przekladamy i gotowe.

Ciasteczka wysmienite! Maz zachwycony a to najwazniejsze.Polecam wszystkim.Dziekuje za wspanialy przepis! Dodam tylko,ze pieke na okraglo ,czasami dodaje kakao.
