Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT CZEKOLADOWY
Oddzielić żółtka od białek. Z białek ubić pianę na sztywno, dodać cukier i jeszcze chwilkę poubijać. Do żółtek dodać dwie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia i łyżkę octu, wymieszać (żółtka będą rosły) dodać do ubitej piany z cukrem, chwilkę poubijać. Do piany z żółtkami dodać mąkę i kakao wymieszać łyżką (nie miksować) gotowe ciasto wylać do blaszki i upiec biszkopt. Wystudzony biszkopt przekroić na pół i nasączyć ponczem.

MASA
Z pół litra mleka odlać 3/4 szklanki resztę mleka zagotować. Do 3/4 szklanki mleka dodać 5 żółtek i 3 łyżki mąki i wymieszać, wlać na gotujące się mleko i ugotować budyń. Wystudzić. Kostkę masła utrzeć z cukrem pudrem (ok. 1 szklanki cukru), dodawać po łyżce zimnego budyniu. czekoladę rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej tzn. na pzrze i przestudzoną dodać do masy budyniowej. Zmiksować. Na koniec dodać spirytus do smaku wg. własnego gustu.

Ciasto bardzo dobre!Szybko się je robi.W moich stronach znane jako "rezy czekoladowe".Trzeba uważać aby nie przesadzić z alkoholem
