100 gr ciemnej czekolady (min 65 % kakao) ,
100 gr masy marcepanowej,
50 gr Amaretini ( wloskie ciasteczka migdalowe),
1 mala szklanka wisni ( moga byc mrozone) 185 gr,
150 gr miekkiego masla,
120 gr cukru,
4 jajka,
szczypta soli,
1 czubata lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia,
350 gr maki,
100-120 ml mleka,
2 lyzki Amaretto (likier migdalowy),
1 lyzeczka kakao,
1 lyzeczka kawy espresso-kawy w proszku,
puder cukier do posypania.

Przepyszne polaczenie smakow,takie jak lubie! Polecam.

Czekolade stopic w miseczce zanuzonej w kompieli wodnej.Maslo utrzec z cukrem,dodawac po kolei jajka.Dodac make,proszek do pieczenia.W czasie wlewac mleko,zeby latwiej sie mieszalo.Ciasto podzielic na 2 czesci.
Do jednej dodac likier Amaretto,i mase marcepanowa.Do drugiej stopiona czekolade. kakao,kawe espresso.
Blaszke (keksowke) wysmarowac maslem i wysypac pokruszone ciasteczka Amarettini.Wlac ciemne ciasto,powtykac wisnie.Wylac jasne marcepanowe.

Piec 55-60 min w 175 C.

Przepis bardzo mi się spodobał trafia do ulubionych .Myslę, że wkrótce wypróbuje ..

Fajne składniki na ciasto, ale trochę szkoda byłby mi je marnować na ciasto z zakalcem
