Ingredients:

1 szkl.mąki pszennej

1 szkl.mąki kukurydzianej

4 jaja małe lub 3 duże

1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

1 torebka cukru waniliowego

1 szklanka cukru kruształu

1 szklanka dowolnego oleju ( najlepiej słonecznikowy)

1 łyżeczka przyprawy do piernika

1 szklanka utartej marchewki ( na drobnych oczkach)

2 średnie banany pokrojone na drobne kawałeczki

można dodać trochę bakalii np.orzechy,migdały,a nawet słonecznik oraz owoce kandyzowane. Jeżeli ktoś lubi można dosypać kokosu.

Prepare instructions:

Olej ucieramy z cukrem, następnie w trakcie ucierania dodajemy po jednym jajku. Nie przerywając ucierania wsypujemy powolutku zmieszane mąki z proszkiem do pieczenia i przyprawą do piernika. nadal ucierając dodajemy utartą marchew razem z bananami,Tak wyrobioną masę wlewamy do foremki keksowej o wymiarach mniej więcej 34 x 14 , wysmarowanej i posypanej bułką tartą lub może być w formie kwadratowej. Pieczemy w 170 "C z termoobiegiem około 1 godziny. Bardzo pyszne ciasto i długo świeże.

oraz po upieczeniu posypane cukrem pudrem.

Ciasto jest super, wyrosło bardzo fajnie, smak przypiminający piernik, ale z zaskakującą nutą bananową. Polecam :)

Dzięki ulak, że smakowało. Ja go robię często , bo jest szybkie i tanie w wykonaniu. Niedawno zrobiłam z tego ciasta muffiny. Super.
