Ingredients:

6 jaj

4 łyżki mąki pszennej

3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

3/4 szkl. cukru

1 łyżeczka proszku

60dag sera

śmietana 30% - 400g

3 galaretki poziomkowe

1 łyżka żelatyny

3 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt upiec, po wystygnięciu przektoićna pół, lekko nasączyć.

Blaszka( 20x36cm).

Śmietanę ubić z cukrem. W drugim naczyniu zmiksować ser, dodać 1 galaretkę

(wystygniętą) rozpuszczoną w 1 niepełnej szkl. gorącej wody i ubitą kremówkę.

Wszystko delikatnie wymieszać mikserem. Jak zacznie lekko tężeć połowę masy

wyłożyć na połowę biszkopta, przykryć drugą połową i wyłożyć resztę masy.

2 galaretki rozpuścić w 2 szkl. gorącej wody, po wystygnięciu wylać na stężoną masę.

Boki ciasta wyszprycowałam 1 kremówką (200g), żeby galaretka nie wypłynęła.

bardzo ciemawy przepis, akurat zrobie to ciasto na niedziele :) chciałabym sie tylko zapytać w jakiej wielkosci tortownicy albo brytwance ??

Witaj, blaszka taka tradycyjna prostokątna, mierzona u podstawy 20x36cm.
