Ciasto z jabłkami i kokosem

Ingredients:

Ciasto;
-3 szkl. mąki
- kos.margaryny (ew.masła)
- 2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- 3 łyżki śmietany
- 4 żółtka (białka do ubicia)
- 0,5 szkl. cukru

Masa jabłkowa;
- 1kg jabłek
- sok z cytryny lub kwasek w płynie
- łyżeczka cynamonu

Masa kokosowa;
- 3/4 szkl. cukru
- białka z jajek
- 200 g wiórków kokosowych

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieść ciasto ze składników i włożyć do lodówki na ok.30 min. Zetrzeć na grubej tarce jabłka (można dodać 3 łyżki cukru jeśli są mało słodkie), dodać sok z cytryny i cynamon. Blachę wysmarować tłuszczem i posypać bułką tartą. Wyciągnąć ciasto z lodówki,ciąć nożem i wylepić nim blachę. Następnie ponacinać widelcem ciasto i wyłożyć na nie jabłka. Z białek ubić piane, dodawać stopniowo cukier i na końcu kokos. Włożyć do nagrzanego piekarnika (200st.) i piec ok.40min.

Przepis wzięty z internetu tylko nie pamiętam z jakiej stronki. W każdym bądź razie placuszek paluszki lizać

Ja użyłam okrągłej blaszki o śr.30cm.Ciasta jest dosyć nawet na wylepienie boków blachy.
