Ingredients:

4 jajka
1 szklanka cukru
2 szklanki mąki
1 kostka rozpuszczonej margaryny
2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
dowolne owoce: truskawki, jabłka, maliny, ostrężyny itp.

Prepare instructions:

Oddzielić żółtka od białek. Białka ubić na sztywno. Ciągle mięszając dodawać po koleji: cukier, żółtka, mąkę, proszek do pieczenia i na końcu wlać ciepłą rozpuszczoną margarynę. Wszystko dokładnie wymięszać. Blaszke wysmarować tłuszczem i posypać bułką tartą. Ciasto wlać do formy i kłaść na nie owoce. Ja użyłam mrożonych truskawek i świeżych jabłek. Piec w temp. 180°

A ile to ciasto piec i w jakiej blaszce?posypujesz je z góry cukrem?

użyłam blaszki 26x30 cm, piekę tak długo, aż boki ciasta zaczną odchodzić od brzegów, a ciasto będzie zrumienione. Po upieczeniu posypałam go z góry cukrem pudrem:)
