Ciasto ze śliwkami i zalewą

Ingredients:

1kg śliwek
5 łyżek cukru

Ciasto:
600g mąki pszennej
300g margaryny
3 jajka
150g cukru
1,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
szczypta soli

Zalewa:
3 jajka
450g kwaśnej śmietany
1,5 płaskiej łyżki mąki pszennej
150g cukru

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Jajak ubić z cukrem, dodac resztę składników i wyrobić gładkie ciasto.Włożyć na 30 minut do lodówki. Ciasto wyłożyc na duża blachę. Ułożyć na nim umyte i wydrylowane śliwki. Posypać cukrem. Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnia i piec przez 10 mniut.

Zalewa:
Ubić jajka z cukrem, dodac resztę składników zalewy i delikatnie wymieszać. Po 10 mniut wysunąć ciasto z piekarnika i wylać na nie zalwę. Piec jeszcze 40 mniut.

ciasto jest pyszne, choć miałam co do tego wiele wątpliwości w trakcie jego robienia:)
do spodu dodałam troszkę cynamonu (tyle, że ja dodaję go prawie do wszystkiego:)

Ciasto bardzo, bardzo smaczne. Jak gracet dodałam odrobinę cynamonu dla urozmaicenia.
