cukinia nadziewana kukurydzą

Ingredients:

6 małych cukinii lub 1 większa,
1 puszka kukurydzy,
2 jajka,
2 łyżki mleka,
100 gram tłustego twarogu,
2 łyżki tartego żółtego sera,
3 łyżki masła,
3/4 szklanki sosu pomidorowego lub keczupu,
sól,
pieprz.

Przepis podany jest dla 6 osób

Prepare instructions:

Cukinie myjemy, przekrawamy poziomo na pół i delikatnie wyjmujemy miąższ. Odsączoną kukurydzę z puszki, jaja i mleko mieszamy (najlepiej mikserem), dodajemy rozgnieciony twaróg, solimy, pieprzymy i napełniamy tą masą cukinie. Żaroodporną formę smarujemy masłem, wkładamy do niej cukinie, posypujemy tartym serem i kawałeczkami masła. Całość przykrywamy (np. folią aluminiową i pieczemy ok. 45 minut w gorącym piekarniku 175^oC).

Kiedy cukinie są miękkie, polewamy je sosem pomidorowym (keczupem) i zapiekamy jeszcze przez 10 minut.

UWAGA: kto chce, może miąższ cukinii pokroić i dołączyć do masy lub też udusić z odrobiną masła w rondelku i dolać wraz z sosem pomidorowym..

jaja surowe, mają scalić ( zlepić) podczas zapiekania masę

jajz z mlekiem wymieszać za pomocą miksera, ale końcówkami do wyrabiania ciasta..i w to wmieszać też kukurydzę, To ma być tylko wymieszane, a nie zmiksowane..
