1 lyzeczka maki ziemniaczanej
2 lyzki maki pszennej
1 zoltko
2 cukry waniliowe
30 dkg masla
1 szkl cukru pudru

ponadto
biszkopty jezyczki
galaretka wisniowa

Prepare instructions:

ciasto
margaryne utrzec z cukrem, dodac zoltka, nastepnie miod, mak i reszte skladnikow, na koncu piane z bialek. upiec

masa
odlac 1/2 szkl mleka reszte zagotowac. do odlanego mleka dodac obydwie maki, zoltko, cukry waniliowe i dokladnie wymieszac. wlac do gotujacego sie mleka i caly czas mieszac. maslo utrzec z cukrem i dodawac stopniowo ostudzony budyn.

Witam. Ciasto i masę zrobiłam z 1,5 porcji. Wyszło ogromne.... i przepyszne. Polecam

piekłam na święta to ciasto i niestety nie bardzo nam smakowało:( ciasto makowe kruszyło sie i nie dało sie go pokroić wogóle:(
