Ingredients:

-Niski biszkopt
-Ciastka pepitki
-2 budynie śmietankowe (na 3/4 l.mleka)
1 litr mleka
1 kostka margaryny (ja daje kasie)
cukier
-0,5 l.śmietany kremówki
4 łyżeczki żelatyny
cukier puder
Lukier ¦
2 szk. cukru pudru
sok z 2 dużych cytryn
1 łyżka oleju

Prepare instructions:

Ugotować budyń.Margaryne utrzeć mikserem, dodać po łyżce zimny budyń,cały czas mieszając aż masa będzie pulchna.Wyłożyć mase na biszkopt.Żelatyne rozpuściś w 1/4szk.gorącej wody.Ubić śmietane dodając cukier puder (według uznania),pod koniec ubijania dodać żelatyne(ciepłą).Smietane wyłożyć na krem.Na śmietane, jeden przy drugim,ciasteczka.Przygotowany lukier rozsmarować na ciastkach.Wstawić do lodówki przynajmniej na pare godzin.

NIedługo będe go robić, to wstawie fotke.robie bardzo często ten placek bo wiem że wszystkim bardzo smakuje i jeszcze sie nie znudził nikomu zawsze cału znika.

napisz,czy lukier trzeba podgrzać,czy ucierać i jak długo,jestem początkującą kucharką,chciałabym zrobić to ciasto.

Cześc. Lukier ucieramy,je zawsze robie to w jakimś małym garneczku mikserem jest wtedy gładziutki.Jeżeli chodzi o czas ,to trwa to chwilke mikserem aż wszystko sie ładnie połączy. żecze smacznego
