Czekolada Świąteczna

Ingredients:

-20 dag gorzkiej czekolady
-20 dag mlecznej czekolady
-20 dag nutelli lub innego kremu czekoladowego
-10 dag masła
-10 dag obranych z łupinek migdałów
-10 dag orzechów włoskich
-kilka kropli zapachu migdałowego
-szczypta mielonego ziela angielskiego
-szczypta mielonej gałki muszkatołowej
-łyżeczka cynamonu
-szczypta mielonych goździków

Prepare instructions:

DLA WIELBICIELI CZEKOLADY

Obie czekolady kroimy, wkładamy do rondelka, razem z kremem czekoladowym i masłem. Wstawiamy do większego naczynia z wodą, mieszając stapiamy w kąpieli wodnej.

Do masy czekoladowej w kładamy grubo pokrojone migdały i orzechy , mieszamy. Przyprawiamy do smaku olejkiem migdałowym, zielem angielskim, gałką muszkatołową, cynamonem i goździkami.

Formę wykładamy papierem pergaminowym. Wlewamy do niej ciepłą czekoladę świątęczną, wstawiamy co najmniej na 5 godz. do lodówki.

Czekoladę wyjmujemy z formy na krótko przed podaniem i kroimy w kostkę.
Przechowywać w chłodnym miejscu.

Te przyprawy, to tak wszystkite na raz? Jadłam już nawet czekoladę z imbirem( pychotka), ale pomieszanie orzechów, migdałow i tych wszystkich przypraw trochę mie zastanawia. Napewno spróbuję, ale chyba zrobię z cynamonem i kardamonem. Dzięki za przepis. Acha, ile ta czekolada może leżeć na stole zanim się rozpuści?. Pozdrawiam
