Czekoladowe bez jajek i mleka

Ingredients:

1 1/2 szklanki mąki

1 szklanka wody

1 łyżka octu

6 łyżek oleju

1 łyżeczka sody

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

1 szklanka cukru

3 łyżki kakao

Prepare instructions:

Suche składniki dokładnie połączyć w dużej misce. Zrobić w nich 3 dołeczki, do jednego wlać ocet, do drugiego olej, a do trzeciego wodę. Wymieszać łyżką na gładką masę. Wylać do formy i piec w temperaturze 180 stopni przez 20-30 min.

Zamiast wody można dodać szklankę kawy rozpuszczalnej (ostudzonej).

Czy to ciasto to nie sama chemia ? proszek, soda, ocet ? Jaja są na swój sposób zdrowe i mleko też

Na 1,5 szklanki mąki aż 2 łyżeczki spulchniaczy to bardzo dużo!!!!!!!!!!
