czekoladowy fondant

Ingredients:

masło do natłuszczania
90g mąki, plus mąka do posypywania
125g gorzkiej czekolady pokruszonej na kawałki
125g masła
2 całe jajka
2 żółtka
65g cukru
świeże maliny (do podania- dekoracji)
cukier puder (do oprószenia)
4 okrągle, male foremki (mogą być miseczki) do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Rozgrzej piekarnik do 200°C i włóż blachę do środka. Natłuść miseczki- foremki masłem i oprósz mąką, lub kakao. Rozpuść czekoladę w kąpieli wodnej. Dodaj masło do rozpuszczonej czekolady i wymieszaj. Do dużej miski wrzuć jajka, żółtka oraz cukier i miksuj przez 5-7 minut, aż masa zacznie się lekko pienić. Masę przełóż (delikatnie, aby sie nie ściela) do stopionej czekolady i wymieszaj z mąką. Następnie przelej do miseczek, włóż do piekarnika i piecz przez 10 minut. Przejedź końcem noża wokół foremek. Odwróć naczynie do góry dnem i wyłóż deser na talerze, udekoruj świeżymi malinami oprószonymi cukrem pudrem.

Przepis świetny ;] Można było napisać tylko skąd pochodzi, bo jest słowo w słowo spisany ;)

Wyciekająca ze środka masa to przecież surowe ciasto! (czyli przede wszystkim surowe jajka!)
