Drożdżowe roladki z farszem szynkowo-serowym

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

500 g. mąki
20 g. drożdży
300 ml. letniego mleka
½ lyżeczki soli

Farsz:

400 g. szynki
400 g. sera
2 cebule
3 jajka
papryka czerwona
Można dodać też kukurydzy jak ktoś lubi

Przyprawy:

Sól,
pieprz,
oregano,
zioła prowansalskie,
bazylia

Prepare instructions:

Przepis znaleziony z gazety, trochę zmodyfikowałam i zrobiłam na imieninki. Wszystkim smakowało

Szynkę zemleć, ser zetrzeć, cebulę drobno posiekać. Szynkę, ser i cebulę wymieszać z żoltkiem. Dodać przyprawy. Bialka ubić na sztywną pianę i delikatnie polączyć z masą.

Drożdże wymieszać z mlekiem i 2 lyżkami mąki, zostawić na 10 min.Mąke wsyp do miski, dodać sól, wlać rozczyn i wyrobić ciasto. Posypać troszę mąką i zostawić do wyrośnięcia. Gdy ciasto podwoi obiętość, przełożyć je na stolnice i cieniutko rozwalkować. Ciasto posmarować masą. Masę posypać kukurydzą i pokrojoną w kostkę papryką i zawinąć jak roladę. Ostrym nożem pokroić roladę na plastry, które ukladamy na wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia blasze. Piec około 20 min w temp.200 C

witam kamieniczka. Ser możesz dać jaki lubisz ja dałam edamski ale może być każdy inny który da się trzeć
