Drożdzowe z owocami

Ingredients:

ciasto

0,5 kg mąki
80 gram cukru
25 gram drożdży
80 gram margaryny
250ml mleka
łyżeczka soli
jajko
1kg owoców(rabarbar, truskawki, ślwiki,wiśnie itd)

kruszonka
200 gram margaryny, 250 gram mąki i 100 gram cukru

Prepare instructions:

roztopić margarynę, dodać mleko i rozbełtać w tym jajo. Powinno mieć temp ciała

suche składniki wymieszać, drożdze rozdrobnić widelcem z dodatkiem łyżeczki cukru, wrzucić do miski z mąką.

całość wyrobić, powinno stanowić gładką masę, łatwo odklejającą się od dłoni (jeśli się klei, dodawać mąki, aż przestanie). wyrobione ciasto przykryć ściereczką - niech rośnie. Jak wyrośnie, przyklepać aby opadło, niech rośnie znów. I tak ze 2-3 razy im więcej razy tym ciasto lepsze. Następnie obsypać stolnicę/blat mąką i wyłożyć ciasto, rozwałkować i wyłożyć na blachę. I znów może sobie rosnąć.

ok 1kg rabarbaru (inne owoce) pociąć na 2cm kawałki i poukładać na cieście. Lekko posypać cukrem, następnie kruszonką - posypkę robię mikserem, wyrabiać tak długo aż powstaną drobne grudki.

ciasto piec w temp 160*C z termoobiegiem lub 180 bez termoobiegu, około 20-25 minut (aż się lekko zarumieni).

Dwa razy robiłam ta drożdżówkę i jest świetna.Dobrze się wyrabia,pulchne i odpowiednio słodkie.Zapomniałam tylko dodać soli,byłoby bardziej żółte.Cieszę się,że WŻ wróciło i mogłam wystawić opinię 2thumbsup
