Eliksir antygrypowy

Ingredients:

3 butelki wina białego lub czerwonego,

4 łyżki owoców dzikiej róży,

5 łyżek przemrożonej jarzębiny,

3 łyżki ziela nawłoci,

5 łyżek bluszczyka kurdybanka,

1 laska wanilii,

1 łyżeczka cynamonu,

3 goździki,

5 łyżek miodu

Prepare instructions:

Zioła wsypać do dużego garnka, wlać wino i całość gotować na małym ogniu przez 20 minut. Po tym czasie przecedzić miksturę. Do wywaru dodać wanilię, goździki, miód, cynamon i dalej gotować jeszcze przez 5 minut. Potem cały wywar przelać do butelek. Eliksir jest gotowy do spożycia. Dodawać go można do herbaty lub pić po małym kieliszku dla wzmocnienia organizmu.

łomatko a skąd wziąć takie składniki?? nawet nie wiem co to jest "bluszczyk kurdybanek"?

renataz36, bluszczyk kurdybanek jest to wdzięczna roślinka ścieląca się po ziemi. Bluszczyk używany jest w ziołolecznictwie i jako roślina przyprawowa. Można go spotkać na terenie całego kraju. Te składniki możesz kupić w aptece lub sklepie zielarskim.:)
