pyszne te eskalopki...sosik bardzo pasuje do tego mięska....delikatny a zarazem pikantny....niestety zdjęcia nie udało mi się zrobić..Pozdrawiam

Bardzo dobre. Przed wlaniem śmietany na patelnię rozrobiłam ją z połówką rosołku rozpuszczoną w 200ml wody.

Eskalopki z tym sosikiem - to jest naprawdę pychota!!Zrobię je jeszcze pewnie nie raz i polecam innym.
