Fantazja z kurczaka

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

1 papryka ( może być czerwona lub zielona )
1 cebula
4 piersi z kurczaka
2-3 ząbki czosnku
2 łyżki masła
3 plastry ananasa
sos pieczeniowy (knorra lub winiary)
sól,pieprz

Prepare instructions:

piersi umyć ,pokroić na plastry, zbić tłuczkiem do mięsa bardzo cienko
usmażyć na 1 łyżce masła ok 10 min z każdej strony
paprykę , czosnek i cebulę oczyścić,pokroić w kostkę,usmażyć na maśle ok 5 min
sos pieczeniowy przygotować zgodnie z przepisem na opakowaniu
ananasa drobno pokroić
sos połączyć z ananasem, papryką , cebulą i czosnkiem
piersi z kurczaka polać sosem

Podawać do ugotowanych kartofli lub ryżu , z dowolną surówką.Życzę smacznego!

Mam pytanie czy ten sos pieczeniowy ma byc jasny czy ciemny bo sa 2 do wyboru jeżeli chodzi o firme Winiary

Ja najczęściej robię ciemny sos , ale można też zrobić jasny sos .Pozdrawiam.

Ja wypróbowałam obydwa i preferuję jasny a jeszcze lepiej pasuje ten do drobiu instant Winiar. Smacznego!
